Agisoft PhotoScan wird zu Agisoft Metashape
Agisoft Metashape 1.5.0 – die neue Version von Agisoft Photoscan im pre-release
Agisoft legt die beliebte Photogrammetrie-Software “Photoscan” unter dem Namen “Metashape” neu auf. Dabei handelt es sich nicht um eine Revolution sondern viel mehr um eine Weiterentwicklung (siehe vorherige Produktupdates) und Namensänderung. Die pre-release Version von “Metashape 1.5.0” kann bereits als Beta geladen und getestet werden. Die entsprechenden Downloads findet ihr weiter unten.
Äußerlich bleibt erst einmal alles beim alten. Metashape wird (wie Photoscan bisher auch) in einer Standard und einer Professional Edition angeboten und enthält alle bekannten Features von Agisoft Photoscan sowie einige interessante neue Funktionen (z.B. automatische Klassifikation der Punktwolke). Offiziell wird Metashape erst Ende Dezember 2018 veröffentlicht. Nach dem finalen Release können Agisoft Photoscan-Nutzer (wie immer) von Ihrer Standard- oder Professional-Edition kostenfrei auf die neue Metashape Version updaten.
Hinweis: Projekte die mit Metashape erstellt wurden können nicht in älteren Agisoft-Versionen geöffnet werden, wohin gegen Agisoft-Projekte sich problemlos in Metashape öffnen lassen sollten.
Laut Change-Log enthält Metashape in der Pro-Version (Version 1.5.0 build 6957 (6 October 2018) folgende zusätzliche Komponenten:
- Added cloud processing support.
- Added automatic dense point cloud classification to Ground, Building, Vegetation, Road, Car, Manmade classes.
- Added Refine seamlines option to Build Orthomosaic command.
- Added stereo pair selection support using Look Through command.
- Added Lock Image option for image overlays.
- Added camera label display for image overlays in Model view.
- Added Open Image command to the Ortho view context menu.
- Added solid and wireframe tiled model view modes.
- Added reference import support from MPEG Full Motion Video.
- Added SID format support for geoid import.
- Added write tiled TIFF option to Export DEM/Orthomosaic/Orthophotos dialogs.
- Updated Cesium 3D Tiles exporter to version 1.0
